Dining Room Staff
Maitre
D'
The
Maitre D' is responsible for the day to day operations and supervision
of the restaurants.
His/hers responsibility include training, mantaining
a high standard of food quality and service, assigning work schedules
for Asst. Maitre D', Waiters, Assistant Waiters and F&B service
staff, keeping control of all the equipment and takeing inventories
required by F&B Manager, visiting all tables once a day, paying
special attention to the VIP guests.
An applicant must have a pleasant
and courteus personality and excellent leadership skills. Fluent
English language skill required.
Assistant
Maitre D'
The
Asst. Maitre D' is responsible for daily operations in the
dining room, supervising all of the dining room crew, maintaining
cleanness of the restaurant, correcting table settings, maintaining
a high service standard, taking an active part in the Restaurant
personnel training program, ensuring that the cleaning schedule
is followed by the personnel.
He/she must have a pleasant
and courteus personality and fluent English language skill.
Waiter
The
Waiter provides a friendly and professional service to the guests
in the restaurant and buffet restaurants. He/she must be knowledgeable
of all the menue items and ingredients and possess the ability
to describe them to the guests.
The Waiter ensures that all the
guests are completely satisfied with the food and service, and
reports to the Asst. Maitre D'. He/she also maintains cleanness
of tables, corrects table settings and supervises asst. waiters
assigned to his service station.
An applicant must have a pleasant,
courteus, well mannered and outgoing personality and be fluent
in English.
Assistant
Waiter
The
Assistant Waiter assists the dining room waiter in the food
and beverage service, sets tables, serves guests as directed
by the
waiter, keeps menues clean and cleans tables between settings.
He/she must have a knowledge of the menues and ingredients.
An applicant must be fluent in English.
Snack
Steward
The Snack Steward assists in buffets’ set up
at various locations during the dining hours. His/hers duties
are
not limited
only to the dining room. They also include serving passengers
and explaining food items.
Fluent english skill is compulsory.
F&B
service
The F&B service provides a friendly and proffesional
service to the officers, staff and crew in their assigned dining
area. An applicant must be fluent in English.
